Meet David
Hello! My name is David, and I am the founder of Strata Osteopathy. I grew up in Orangeville, playing sports on the local fields and attending the nearby schools. I have always enjoyed being physically active, and I value good health even more. Over the years, I sustained injuries that left me sidelined all too often, which led me to pursue a form of therapy that worked for me. As I rehabilitated from various injuries, I visited a wide variety of practitioners and saw the potential to change lives by restoring health. It was not until years later that I learned about osteopathy; however, it has been one of my greatest journeys, and it's my dream to share it with my community.

About Osteopathy
Osteopathy focuses on the structure of the body and its movement. Through gentle treatments tailored to each individual, we remove strains from nerves, arteries, veins, and lymphatic vessels, enabling the body to regain movement, heal more effectively, and improve overall well-being. Osteopathy can provide relief for a wide range of symptoms, including muscle, joint, and nerve pain, sports injuries, gastrointestinal dysfunctions, degenerative diseases, and much more. By working together, we can initiate your inherent healing process.

"To find health should be the object of the practitioner, anyone can find disease."
